Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public broad access to many court records, but the hard part in Gray County is figuring out which office holds the file you want. Angela Bowlin, Clerk of the District Court, handles state trial-court case files for Gray County District Court. The County Clerk handles county administrative records and KORA routing. The Register of Deeds handles land records. Sheriff Jeff Sharp's office handles law-enforcement records, warrants channel, accident reports, and civil process. Add Cimarron and Ingalls municipal courts, and the picture gets crowded fast. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.
